Originating in Fengxiang, Shaanxi, the brand traces its roots to the Qin Jiu tradition of the late Shang Dynasty more than 3,000 years ago. It is crafted with quality water from Liulin Town together with sorghum, barley, wheat, and peas, following the traditional Feng Aroma production process. After fermentation, the base liquor is matured naturally in traditional Jiuhai containers for more than three years before carefully blending different styles of grain-based base liquor to achieve its signature character.
