Drawing on centuries of regional heritage, Yellow Crane Tower is rooted in the cultural landscape of the Yangtze River region and draws inspiration from the famed Yellow Crane Tower landmark. It pursues a style called “Southern-school Great Aromatic Fragrance” (南派大清香), using small earth vats (地缸) for fermentation, traditional large starter (大曲), multi-round aging, and careful blending, to combine clarity, elegance, and aromatic depth.
