Suigei Daito 2019 Junmai Daiginjo is a prestigious limited collection from Suigei, combining exceptional ingredients, refined craftsmanship, and artistic expression in one distinctive release. Featuring Yamadanishiki rice from the Special-A growing area of Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 30% to enhance elegance and precision, it is crafted with two types of yeast to create a harmonious balance of refined aroma, depth, and Suigei's signature clean finish. Only the nakadori portion, selected for its balanced qualities during the pressing process, is preserved in a fresh state before careful bottle finishing to maintain its intended character. For the 2019 edition, Suigei collaborated with renowned Japanese artist Asami Kiyokawa, whose design was inspired by the beauty and elegance associated with the “Manyoshu” collection and the spirit of the new Reiwa era, expressing a sense of harmony, refinement, and celebration through its graceful appearance.
