Ozeki Nigori is a distinctive cloudy expression from Ozeki, a long-established Japanese producer. Made with a coarse filtration approach that retains some of the fine rice sediment in the bottle, it has a milky-white appearance and a notably smooth, creamy texture. Ozeki carefully selects the finest sediment to create its characteristic richness, while the bottle is designed to be gently shaken before serving to evenly distribute the contents.
