Ming River is a Sichuan Strong Aroma Baijiu produced by LuZhou LaoJiao, one of China's oldest continuously operating producers. Crafted using traditional methods passed down through more than twenty generations, each batch is fermented for approximately two months in earthen pits using locally cultivated yeast cultures before being distilled and matured for up to two years in natural storage caves. The final blend is carefully assembled by LuZhou LaoJiao master blenders in collaboration with international spirits specialists, creating a contemporary expression that reflects the heritage of Sichuan Baijiu while introducing its distinctive character to a global audience.
