Qinghua Lang originates from Langjiu Manor on the left bank of the Chishui River, representing a manor-based traditional Chinese grain fermented beverage. It is crafted with locally sourced glutinous red sorghum, wheat, and quality water, following the traditional “Four Highs, Two Lengths, 12987” framework and a multi-stage process of growth, maturation, nurturing, and aging, combined with long-term storage and careful blending to achieve a more structured and distinctive profile influenced by its origin and extended development approach.
