Hakkaisan "Yukimuro" Snow Aged 3 Years Junmai Daiginjo is crafted using the traditional Yukimuro snow storage method, a practice long used in Japan’s snowy Uonuma region to maintain naturally cool temperatures. Stored for three years in an insulated facility filled with large quantities of snow, the product matures at a stable temperature of around 3°C without the use of electricity. This natural aging process reflects Hakkaisan’s commitment to quality and tradition, resulting in a refined expression that develops exceptional smoothness while preserving its signature clean and elegant style.
