Tatenokawa Phoenix Junmai Daiginjo is a special collaboration between Tatenokawa, Inc. and the French rock band Phoenix, created as a tribute to Toshiro Kuroda, a respected Japanese sake advocate who dedicated many years to introducing Japanese sake culture to audiences in France and Europe. Phoenix member Christian Mazzalai was deeply influenced by Kuroda’s passion, inspiring the collaboration between the band and Tatenokawa. Beyond its distinctive connection to music and Japanese culture, the product represents a gesture of appreciation for Kuroda’s contributions and enduring influence.
