The Nanko ume is prepared with water from Tomita, known in the Kumano area for its clear quality, before 30% Wakayama peach juice is added. This fruit-forward expression is distinguished by its rich, smooth texture and harmonious combination of ripe peach sweetness with the gentle acidity of ume.
