Confucius Family is rooted in the historic brewing tradition of Qufu, the hometown of Confucius, and draws inspiration from the heritage of the traditional Confucius Family private workshop. Over generations, its makers refined a distinctive traditional production method that was later recognized as a provincial intangible cultural heritage of Shandong. The product follows a carefully developed process using selected grains and medium-to-high-temperature wheat starter, followed by extended fermentation in traditional aged pits, quality-based selection, graded storage, and precise blending. Its signature profile is expressed through the distinctive “Three Fragrances” and “Three Standards” — fragrance on the nose, upon entry, and in the finish, together with a balanced aroma, flavor, and overall character.

孔府家酒源自孔子故里曲阜，传承孔府私家酒坊的传统技艺，并经过数代匠人的持续探索与改进，形成独具特色的孔府家酒传统酿造技艺，并入选山东省省级非物质文化遗产名录。产品精选粮食原料，采用中高温麦曲，经传统老窖长期发酵、量质摘酒、分级贮存及精心勾调等工序打造，其风格以“三香、三正”著称——闻香香、入口香、回味香，同时呈现香正、味正、酒体正的整体特点。
